This is my first game for Windows. This uses works 640x480/256 and DirectX 5. In fact, for that time many new DirectX 6, but back then people can run DirectX 5 for sure decided to go all designed. There is no music in this game's (my well-known actress tries RAD32 OPL2 / 3, therefore, is not very useful Windows), but there is a digital sound effects (monaural as well as stereo sound card) 8bit, 16bit support. There is no menu or something similar games. Only the mouse and start playing onboard! And what is? Well, a simple Arkanoid clone Arkaan There is something else. Nothing more, nothing less. In this release only 8 levels, but very easily create their own new ones. This is my first game with an active graphic (usually in modern 3D games) is used.

This is the fourth version (Aley's game with the latest version of Object BEFORE compiled) - my platform-independent library (obviously this is the same version used in Boulder Man). Test new graphics card in there - just switch to start the game-am (aka. performance meters) 's. Compare the results with other games - 10,000 frames / sec on the value is not a bug! (Unfortunately, Quake II is not so quickly ;-) Arkaan 1.0 can download free.
